Benefits of having more resistance

More stamina means you can train for longer, making you stronger in the process. It means you can finally run a few miles and still have gas in the tank afterward. But what it really means is that you will have more of this… TRUST.

Confidence greatly influences the way a person interacts with the opposite sex. If you’re a fat bum who spends your time sitting on the couch and watching “Seinfeld,” you probably won’t feel as good talking to the ladies as a physically fit, constantly training person would.

Physical training not only makes you stronger physically, it also makes you stronger mentally. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that most women are more attracted to men with fit, better-toned bodies than fat guys who eat, eat, eat constantly.

The more stamina you build up, the longer you can last while training. And the longer he trains, the stronger he will become. And the stronger you get, the more ladies you will attract.

So if you’re not training regularly, you probably have low stamina. And again, without resistance you can’t train for that long, which won’t make you much stronger. So the important thing that you need to improve first of all is your stamina.

Being physically fit can go a long way when approaching the opposite sex. You’ll get an extra boost of confidence when you do.
