Tips to maintain your good health

Good health is not an accident! It is earned through dedicated and deliberate efforts to regain health and maintain good health. A good guide to healthy living is illustrated below. It’s a good idea for anyone to adopt as many of these healthy practices as possible.

The following are best practices for achieving or improving health. Make as many of these lifestyle changes as possible.

  • Find a good nutritional supplement program and stick with it. The Journal of the American Medical Association recommends that every adult take a daily multivitamin supplement to support their diet and help prevent disease.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  • Use a colon cleanser 4 times a year (every quarter). In fact, it’s a good idea that before you start any supplement program, you cleanse first, then nourish and protect.
  • Make your own juice with a juice machine
  • More important than calories is eating the right foods
  • Avoid snacks between meals unless they are carrot and celery sticks.
  • Do not drink sodas, other junk food drinks
  • If you drink coffee or alcohol, do so in moderation.
  • Avoid processed foods, white sugar, white flour.

  • Reduce dairy products, cheese, milk and others

  • Avoid smoking, both firsthand and secondhand smoke.
  • Never skip meals, this can slow down your metabolism.
  • Eat a balanced and varied diet.
  • Don’t deprive yourself of the foods you love, just eat them in smaller portions and less often.
  • Watch less television – read more, especially inspirational books, for example, “The Game of Life” by Florence Scovel Shinn.
  • Red wine has Resveratrol, an antioxidant. These work to protect your body against the effects of aging. One or 2 glasses of red wine a day can help keep your body young.
