Markets of influence with CMS domain – 8 VIRTUES OF BUSHIDO – SUCCESS IN DIGITAL MARKETING

“Learning is Changing and to change there must be an explanation” – Donald Clark.

Almost certainly this explanation is valid for all of us before the pandemics, and in any case, during the current times of emergency, for example, the VUCA times.

However, constantly making changes to ourselves is discretionary, as resistance itself is an open gateway to the alternative, for all of us. It is up to us to decide to deteriorate or continue to learn and develop. The wad of learning is constantly at our fingertips.

In Effective Digital Marketing Leadership, be it any of us in the place of being on the Product Marketing Track, Digital Management Track, or Digital Marketing Leadership Track, for the most part it comes down to a similar condition of unlearning and relearn.

In this way, when we unlearn and relearn, our attitude develops more not only in skills, but more in moral management. This alone is so basic in the centennial. Here, I decide to focus and train hard on CMS mastery as perhaps the best technique in digital marketing success.

Currently, what is CMS?

CMS is just Word Press software which is a free site building platform. In technical English, the Word Press website is called a CMS (for example, content management system). Word Press is the best content management system for effective digital marketing success.

In this sense, I wanted to communicate to you the 8 Virtues of Bushido or the Samurai Principles that you must keep in mind and swallow powerful trains in Digital Marketing Journey that will obviously be a marathon race and not a 200m Sprint race. .

For now let me digress on the subject, to build your establishment on the subject and to familiarize you with ‘The Change Grid Model’ formulated by Dr. Cynthia D. Scott and Dr. Dennis T. Jaffe.

There are four phases/cycles of Change:

Stage I: Denial

This is the stage where we deny the need to change, totally or intentionally ignore them, and limit the changes. Here we try to consolidate data, constantly find out how change can affect us, talk to others and make ourselves known.

Stage II: Resistance

This is the stage or cycle, when we experience nervousness, outrage, and get excited, discouraged. At that time we try to acknowledge our feelings, sentiments and misfortune and look for the good or any help we have to cope with ourselves. Obviously, there’s a warning expression here: “Don’t join the whining club.”

Stage III: Exploration

This is the cycle and stage where we need and must investigate options, abandon misfortune, torment ourselves, feel proud and have confidence. Here, we have to observe and recognize the accessible alternatives. Consequently, we first have to focus on momentary goals and then on our specific needs.

Stage IV: Commitment

This is a cycle/stage where we focus on our course of activities, adjust to change, look to the future with extraordinarily positive thinking. Also, every time we submit, we set ourselves long-term goals and praise the new reality.

To better understand these 4 phases, I strongly suggest and suggest that you read both of Sir Simon Sinek’s books “The Infinite Game” by Simon Sinek. Also, additionally read ‘Leaders Who Eat Last’ by Simon Sinek.

These 4 cycles or stages may not occur in similar consecutive steps or may not take place in the same consecutive orders, and each time span is new for each person, and may bounce between these 4 changes.

The explanation that I have clarified of the four phases is to make you understand the importance of deeply practicing all Word Press or CMS.

In plain English, Word Press site (which I have strongly recommended a couple of times to have with Blue Host Services).

The motivations to be gifted and talented in Word Press are so important because the CMS has a back-end (the end of the client administrator who is the owner of the area or site that is yourself) and a front-end that will be your guests , visitors or customers.

Understanding and learning all the tools used and how to use the content management system (i.e. Word Press site) successfully, both back-end and front-end, is so mandatory for two reasons:

(1) On the front-end, we need to make sure that we present ourselves so well to our audience/customers that every guest from all over the world visits our site and drives more organic traffic and makes our site easy to explore for our guests.

(2) In the back-end, we need to understand what is going on, be careful with the administrator’s territory, and distinguish whether everything is fine.

Currently, with the 8 virtues of Bushido, the standards of samurai champions, I can guarantee and promise that you are in good hands, and I can promise you a season of daily life of effective digital marketing strategies and constant income and long-term achievement:

(1) Righteousness or Justice:

Integrity or justice is the most grounded excellence and not only suggests military integrity and closer to the integrity of the home or our own integrity, where our Creator God is the Accountant. It is equal to the European Cavalry, as in the ‘Legend of King Arthur’s Sword’ narration.

(2) Courage:

Boldness is one of the greatest Samurai Warrior ideals when practiced with righteousness and integrity. This kind of courage is like Aristotle’s ‘Nicomachean Ethics’.

As Confucius adds: “Seeing what is right and not doing it reveals a lack of boldness”

(3) Benevolence or Mercy:

Love, charity, compassion, empathy, sympathy and pity are characteristics of Benevolence and are the highest affiliations of a human spirit. Therefore, it is the highest need of a Samurai warrior or Ruler to be exceptionally Benevolent.

(4) Courtesy:

Civility, grace, good habits, deep quality, respectability that is fully established in generosity is a particular Japanese attribute.

(5) Honesty and truthfulness:

Although neither for monetary reasons nor for simple life; a true samurai must resent cash. High-ranking Samurai descendants were refused to accept cash and it was considered in bad taste. Flamboyance was considered a low moral standard and a threat to masculinity and serious bluntness of the champion class was expected.

This was not to suggest that cash was not significant, it was to infer that cash was a decent slave, but moral principles supplanted all other norms, such as free enterprise.

(6) Honour:

The feeling of ‘honour’ has a distinctive awareness of pride and individual advantage and value.

Continuing an existence with a high conscience and respectability was a deep “honor” for the samurai.

(7) Loyalty:

Only in the code of gallant honor does reliability become important? In the contest between firmness and friendship, the code never fails because of the decision of devotion. ‘A Samurai was forced to compromise the cunning and soul of the sovereign by driving through the authenticity of his words with slaughter.

(7) Self-control and character:

Moral standards rise above the greatest. What is right is right and what is happening is not right.

Also, a man should show moral principles to young people. A decent samurai wall with a good solid character and great verticality.

I strongly suggest you read Samurai’s ‘Hagukare’ or Nitobe’s ‘Bushido’.

The narrative about the camaraderie and deep bond that was created between a Japanese and an American warrior (during World War II) is endearing and sensational.

Furthermore, it shows the estimate of character and blade as King Arthur’s sword, which could not be lifted from the laid stone by anyone but Arthur. It would be ideal if you watch the Bushido Documentary on YouTube.

In this way, I demand that you execute these ethics and methodologies in the Marketing Strategies of Social Networks, and more in a real sense, gradually make your own movement in the Digital Marketing System.

In WordPress CMS, there are a lot of free elements available, and while I recognize that learning is an arduous task, this in itself will help take you on your fruitful and powerful journey in effective digital marketing system implementation.

You can relax, but leave your efforts alone, as it is the consistency of daily improvements that will see you reliably adapt in the world of digital marketing.

Everything is evolving, just as customer tastes change in this regard, positioning and SEO improvements are advancing slowly.

I end on a note to continue learning and practicing Word Press to drive more traffic to your site from the front-end and also do decent maintenance from the back-end.

I close with a statement from Marilyn Ferguson:

‘No one can convince another to change. Each one of us monitors a Door of Change that must be opened from within.’
