Event Management While Working Part Time In Network Marketing
How we handle the events in our lives once we get home when we are building our internet marketing business will and does determine how fast we will grow. Time management is nothing more than event management.
How and what we choose to think about and focus on determines how creative we become. Did you know that time management is not about managing time at all? It is about managing the events that occupy your time. How we choose and implement the events that occupy our day determine our results, satisfaction and efficiency. Therefore, choose events wisely.
If we think and visualize where we want to be and look to and hold in esteem those who have gone before us and have a specific title or level of achievement that we are striving for. For those of us who have a full-time job and are working on our dreams, we need to be very careful about the events that take up that time. There are many tools available to help you do this.
Some things I have learned is that we must keep the main thing as the main thing. If you’re going to write articles, write. If you’re going to make videos, then do them. If you’re going to call potential customers, call them.
Remember this that nothing really happens in network marketing until you get to work. This involves picking up the phone and calling people you have identified as prospects for your service, product, or business or who have let you know in some way that they wanted to connect with you. Some events that I need to manage in my life are:
- I’m starting to do something… anything other than rearrange the dust on my keyboard.
- Manage my thoughts by focusing on visualizing what is the result that I want to happen.
- When I need to exercise.
- Where to look for an article or what to write about today.
- When there are important calls or webinars and tell those who can benefit the most.
- Focus on money making activities for at least two hours a day introducing a minimum of two new people to what I’m doing.
These are just a few that I took off the air at the moment but we must understand that these are events. Not time… So time management is event management. We are all given the same amount of time each day, it is the events we choose to fill that time that will or will not make us. Managing events while working part time in Network Marketing is what will determine the speed you will achieve.
Remember that thoughts are things and everything that has ever been done or created began with a thought. Choose wisely the events of your day that will make you think about something. Everything we do I hope we are at least thinking about it.
