Do you want to know how to overcome emotional challenges and achieve happiness? (Part 2 of 2)

In the first part I told you what happened when my special friend collapsed and I thought he was going to leave me. Now I will tell you how I got over it so you can work through your emotional challenges.

I know what it feels like when something happens to your heart. The bread is unbearable. Oreo’s heart wasn’t working right.

It is true that it took me hours to calm down and recognize what I had done. I only thought of myself during those first moments as he lay lifeless on the ground. Thinking only of myself and how lonely I would feel left me feeling horrible.

I calmed down and tearfully told her not to stay in her body if she was in pain. I let him know that I would be very sad if he left, but that staying here for me was unnecessary.

I spent three days sitting on the floor next to him while he lay on the special energy bed that I prepared using various technologies that I use in my practice as a healing agent.

I caress him as he lets me. It clearly hurt even with a loving touch.

I passed the energy through it. always letting him know that it was up to him whether to stay or go.

Do you see what happened to me? I left the future where I was afraid to try to live without his presence. I found myself living every moment.

When he felt better and resumed some behaviors that he hadn’t been able to do, I had no illusions that he had recovered.

I watched my mother go up and down before she left. common behavior for someone who decides whether to stay or go.

Releasing him, giving him his freedom to leave this plane and the painful body. I also got rid of some of the pain.. That barrier vanished and my love flowed to him cleanly.

Oreo seems all better now. And I continue to live each moment without expectations of any kind.

My cat gave me so many priceless gifts. Here is another big problem: he lives in the now, where everything is complete and perfect just the way it is. The past is gone. The future never comes.

Fear is just the anticipation of pain. If you don’t go back to your past and take a part of it to project into your future, then you will. never know fear.
