Day pattern in Israel
Every summer there is an awakening in the field of sailing courses: a speedboat course, a motorcycle course and a possible bareboat course. People are listening to a course and honest people think of an exorbitant price that only the rich can pay, but it is not. Nowadays, there are more and more cruise clubs offered by club members in their members, so after a course, you can rent a yacht whenever you want without buying a yacht, so you can realize your dream at a reasonable price and enjoy it.
What is the Pattern license?
The Skipper course, also called a 30-boat license, grants a license that allows a yacht to sail a yacht up to 24 meters in length and a maximum weight of 100 tons. Thanks to this license you will be able to fulfill your dream of sailing on a yacht at sea, with friends or family, or even as a life professional. There are several different cruise licenses. Each license serves a different purpose and generally requires the completion of another cruise license. For example, without a cruise license 30 and experience at sea, you will not be able to pass the cruise license 40, which gives you permission to sail yachts with up to 55 passengers.
What does a Skipper course include?
The Skipper course consists of two parts: theoretical and practical, dividing the theoretical part into four topics:
• Ship sails – interpretation, road laws, metrology, mooring, cases and reactions, etc.
• Coastal navigation: sea map knowledge, finding a location, finding a place, compass errors and more.
• Mechanical – familiarity with 2/4 pulse motors, cooling system, lubrication system, pumps and more.
• Navigation devices – GPS, anemometer, contact, compasses, etc.
In addition, the theoretical part has a practical test. Before the practical test, a passing certificate must be presented. First aid course, general medical certificate including vision and hearing tests.
You have to wait a year, spend 8 days signed by Cruise 60 and pass the GMDSS test, and after you have passed all this, you will be able to get a Cruise 60 license which gives you a license to sail outside Israel’s maritime territory.
It should be noted that holders of these licenses are not permitted to float motorcycles or carry paid passengers.
Who is eligible for a course?
Aside from the fact that it is mandatory to be 18 years of age or older, anyone can match a show jumping course (Hebrew קורס ×¡×§×™×¤×¨×™× (: Either whatever you want to do in life, pursue a new hobby or just want to buy a yacht for entertainment, yachting is no longer just for the best!
