Medinose Plus review: is it good?
It’s coming to that time of year that hay fever sufferers dread. Along with the beautiful warm weather comes the nasty pollen surge, which, frankly, we could do without. Alternatively, you may be struggling with a pet allergy, which can develop after years of being around a cat or dog with no prior ill effects. That’s what happened to me: one summer I started with hay fever like it came out of nowhere and also had an allergy to cats. Giving up our cat was not an option, not after 6 precious years together, so I looked for other solutions.
My doctor recommended oral steroids and strong antihistimines. These helped initially, but over time they had less control over my allergies, and I began to feel miserable and struggled to breathe when at home for any length of time. Then I saw a newspaper article about Medinose and looked it up online. The Medinose, if you don’t know, is a natural anti-allergy device – it looks a bit like an ipod and has two small prongs that you gently insert into your nostrils. (It is not uncomfortable, they are made of smooth plastic.) These tips emit a natural red beam of light that has been shown to desensitize the entire body to allergy triggers. Anyway, although it sounds like something out of a sci-fi movie, this little white box actually works incredibly well, and for most people it provides instant relief.
I will always be grateful that I found Medinose as it made my cat allergy super manageable, something I never expected as the medications I was taking had practically stopped working before. Since then, “Medinose” has been replaced by the newer version, Medinose Plus, which is supposed to be even more effective. Treatments take less than 5 minutes and the device is used 2-3 times a day. The treatment is so gentle that it is also recommended for children. So if you also suffer from allergies, or your hay fever is likely to bring you down this summer, it’s a good idea to try a Medinose and see if it can bring you relief.
